Guaranteed RAM
What's Guaranteed RAM? How is it different than regular RAM and where could you find it?
RAM, or Random Access Memory, is a form of computer data storage, that allows the information to be read randomly without accessing the preceding bytes before that. That makes the RAM substantially quicker than other kinds of storage devices such as DVDs or HDDs in which all the data ought to be read so that you can access certain info. If you have a shared hosting account, the total amount of memory that your web programs can use cannot be fixed and may often be determined by the free memory which is available on the physical server. When using a standalone hosting server, however, there's always a minimum amount of physical memory which will be readily available at all times and will not be allotted to other customers even if it's not in use. That is valid with our virtual and dedicated servers.

Guaranteed RAM in VPS Servers
All our
VPS server plans feature a guaranteed amount of RAM. To paraphrase, even in case you use just a small fraction of the resources which your package deal features, we'll never allot the free resources to some other VPS account on the exact same physical hosting server. As we set up just a few virtual servers on a physical one, the latter shall always have sufficient free memory to secure the adequate overall performance of the VPS accounts even when their RAM allocation is upgraded significantly eventually. In the event you also opt to upgrade your package deal or to keep the latest one and to include only more memory, the new amount will also be reserved only for your account. In this way, we make sure that your websites will function correctly all of the time regardless of what the other VPS accounts are using.

Guaranteed RAM in Dedicated Servers
All our
dedicated server packages come with a large amount of physical memory, which will permit you to run really heavy web applications with no problems. We use new and thoroughly tested hardware components when we install a new web server to make certain that there won't be any issues of any sort. The RAM memory isn't an exception and if you purchase a dedicated server, we'll make certain that you get the best general performance possible from the configuration which you have chosen. Even if we identify that you aren't using the whole capacity of the server, we will never alter the hardware in any way, so the total amount of RAM which will be at your disposal shall always be the same. You can check the configuration, including the physical memory, within your billing CP at any time.
