Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are way too busy working on your web sites or developing your web apps, you hardly have enough time to monitor what’s happening with the VPS server – if it is under excessive load or if all the tasks are running okay. With our Managed Services solution, we will do this for you. Your VPS will be added to a custom server monitoring software system and if there is a sign of a trouble, our server admins will be informed instantly.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server isn’t the easiest thing in the world. You will either have to use another server or your desktop computer, or utilize some 3rd–party tool. We offer a considerably simpler way with our Managed Services package. We will make a full backup of your Virtual Private Server on a weekly basis, so you never need to be afraid of losing vital data. Last but not least we can restore a backup copy really fast. All backups we make are saved on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with your data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with a practically endless set of possibilities, you will sometimes have to install additional software apps. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which entitles you to demand any of our expert server admins to install and configure any software application and to rectify any trouble that you are having with your virtual server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Servers.
